Not sure if there is a quicker way to do this, but here's what works for me!!
How
to download Fonts!!
1)
Search ‘free fonts’. Pinterest has tons!!
2)
Click ‘download’
3)
A box will pop up. Click ‘ok’
4)
A new box will open. Click ‘extract all
files’ (on the left)
5)
Click ‘next’, ‘next’, ‘finish’
6)
A new box will open. Now here’s where it
gets confusing…
7)
Keep that box open AND open ‘My Computer’
on your desktop.
8)
Click on ‘Local Disk C’ (it’s at the top)
9)
Click on the folder titled “Documents and
Settings’
10)
Click on the folder with your name
(example: kbroome)
11)
Open the folder titled “desktop’
12)
Now drag the ‘font’ from the first
folder, into the ‘desktop’ folder.
13)
Now close everything out.
14)
Go to Start -> Control Panel. Open
‘Fonts’ folder.
15)
File -> Install new font -> c ->
Open doc and settings -> kbroome -> desktop
16)
Click on the font name. Press ‘ok’
17)
You will see the font once you open a NEW
Microsoft Word Page.
