1st Grade Fluency Packet

As promised, here is the 1^st Grade Fluency Packet. There are 17 pages total- a vowel fluency sheet, 15 first grade fluency sheets (contain all 50 1^st grade words), a fluency page with ALL 50 words, and a certificate of completion at the end. My next goal is to put together a 2^nd grade packet!!
